What will happen to my tickets for Dubai?
This will be automatically switched over to the new event ( IM BEYOND Zurich )
Why are you moving to Zurich?
Several factors gave reason for IM to move the event to Zurich Region. We believe the new location and new program of IM BEYOND Zurich will better assist your journey to find and become the greatest version of yourself.
Will my Hotel/Airline costs be refunded?
What is the dress code for the event?
Please wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident. Please note that arenas can be cold, so we recommend bringing a jacket or coat - just in case.
What should I do to prepare for Covid Protocols?
Please be aware of and pay attention to your local COVID protocols and travel protocols into Zurich. Face-mask, distancing, temperature checks, COVID Vaccination, and COVID tests may all be part of the protocol; IM Academy will update attendees as information becomes available.
What are the different registration options?
IM Beyond Zurich offers three admission types. Each is powerful in its own right, so make sure you choose the type that suits your needs.
- General Admission: This admission type will allow you to enter the arena for the goLIVE and IM beyond days.
- VIP: As the name suggests, the VIP admission type celebrates you. With a VIP admission, you will have a dedicated VIP registration area, be able to enter the arena through a particular entry queue up to 30 minutes earlier than the General Admission holders, and have a seat in an exclusive seating area.
- VIP+: As if a VIP wasn't enough, IM Academy has taken it up a notch. With the VIP+ admission. The VIP+ includes all the benefits of the VIP admission and an exclusive gift back as well as a special meet and greet with Chris & Isis Terry along with core leaders.
How do I register?
Registering for IM BEYOND - Zurich is easy. To get started, go to imacademy.events and click on the buy button associated with the admission type you'd like to purchase.

You'll then need to log in with your IM Academy events account, or you can create an account for free. Please note that your login may be different than your IM Academy office login.
Once you've successfully logged in, you can select how many admissions you'd like to purchase and complete the checkout process.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, once we have processed your registration and payment, we will send you a confirmation email with a receipt of your purchase. Please contact IM Academy's customer service if you have not received your confirmation.
Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the event?
Having your confirmation is suggested but is not required. We require that you have a form of identification for your admissions when you arrive at the event to check-in and collect your credentials.
When do I get my credentials?
You'll receive your IM BEYOND - Zurich credentials when you arrive at the event and check-in. To check-in, you'll need to present a form of ID. Having your admission's QR Code available will help to expedite the check-in process.
If you have multiple admissions, you'll need to transfer the admissions to your guests to ensure they can collect their credentials when they arrive.
I have multiple admissions. How do I transfer them to my guests or friends?
Transferring admissions is easy. Log into the IM Academy event system from imacademy.events or click here when you're ready.
Click on the blue arrow pointing to the right on each ticket and provide the email address of your guest. If your guest already has an account in IM Academy's event system, the transfer will be immediate. If they don't have an account yet, they'll receive an email inviting them to create an account to claim the ticket.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
All sales are final. Admissions are non-refundable.
What can I bring in to the event?
IM Academy takes our event and attendee security very seriously - No backpacks, luggage, or bags will be permitted into the event space due to security protocols. If you must have a bag, it should be clear and all contents visible to security. Security will be checking bags and requiring attendees to walk through security perimeters.
No alcohol, air horns, whistles, or laser pointers are allowed. All items that could cause a distraction or disturbance will not be tolerated.

- No large bags or suitcases
- No food or beverages
- No noise-making machines (horns, whistles, etc...)
- No laser pointers
- No alcohol
- No illegal substances
- No smoking
- No purses, bags, or containers larger than a small clutch bag
- No backpacks
- No printed pattern plastic bags
- No fanny packs
- No camera bags/cases
- No weapons
Along with the items mentioned above, please note drones, laptops, and outside food/beverages are also not permitted inside the venue.
- Small clutches or purses measuring 4.5" x 6.5"
- Clear plastic resealable storage bag (not exceeding 13" x 15")
- Clear plastic tote bag (not exceeding 12" x 12" x 6")
Please note, if you attempt to enter the venue with a luggage or any other prohibited item, you will be asked to return the item to your vehicle.
