Our academies utilize Single Sign On (SSO) authentication. which allows you to access all of our strategies and services without having to re-enter login credentials.
You may only have ONE logged in instance of im.center open on each platform (web browser and app).
These two instances are the "single session" each used is allowed, one on each platform.
You WILL NOT be able to login to more than one session on either platform, web browser or app.
1. User logs into im.center on a web browser on a laptop
2. User then logs in to im.center on their web browser from a mobile device
3. The session on the laptop web browser ends immediately
The second login (to the mobile device) caused the session on the laptop to end.
In order to have the best viewing experience we recommend only ONE instance of GoLIVE open at a time. This helps to avoid video playback errors.
You may have unlimited devices logged in at once - however, keep in mind that this may cause caching issues and and updates/changes you make to you account may not be reflected across all open instances.
