why is commission lower this week compared to weeks prior?

bonuses are paid weekly based on the monthly total.

payments made in months having (4) Mondays are paid in four (4) payments.

months having (5) Mondays are paid in (5) payments.

in 2020, March, June, August and November are months with 5 Mondays, monthly earnings during those months are divided by 5 weeks. March 2020 is the first month of the year with 5 Mondays.

For example: a Platinum 2000 will receive five (5) payments of $400 instead of four (4) payments of $500 during regular months having four Mondays. the monthly amount is the same, we only divided by 5 to guarantee you a residual check that hits you every week!.
