Active Member with no Volume

The “active” column shows the ability to log in to the site if they are a customer only.

If there’s no value (0) on the personal volume (PV) field, it means the member’s

subscription is unpaid.

if your customer is on 2 & free, there will be no (0) personal volume (PV) coming from him/her as volume comes from payments only.
