if an IBO or member requests to cancel the account, is it effective immediately?

yes, it is effective immediately. 

- if it's within the 7 day refund period, the member will receive a refund and the volume will be taken away.

- if the member cancels outside of the refund period, the volume will stay there until their next billing date
