Initial and auto-ship payments are eligible for refunds as long as they are requested within the company refund policy (7 days).
Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to complete depending on payment method and banking institution.
After 30 days, if you didn't receive the refund, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to follow-up as they are the only one that can confirm status once the refund has been sent by IM Academy.
