1. your referrals may have signed up within a period when you were still a customer.

2. you may have missed paying for your IBO fee on time. 

3. their payment may have been declined.

4. they may have used a different link when they signed up.

5. they may have signed up within a period that is yet to be paid. you will get paid approximately 11 days later.

6. they may have requested a refund.
